Our Guarantee
All orders are covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase.
If you’re not satisfied for any reason — the product didn’t perform as expected, you had a question we couldn’t answer, or something just didn’t work out — contact us within 30 days and we’ll make it right.
How to Reach Us
Email us at contact@leveloneservicebrands.com within 30 days of your purchase date. Include your order number if you have it.
We read every message and respond personally. We’re a small operation — you’re talking to the founder.
What We’ll Do
Depending on your situation, we’ll offer:

- Troubleshooting help to make sure you get the results you need
We don’t require you to return the product. Our concentrates ship in small envelopes — there’s nothing meaningful to send back. If you tried the product and it didn’t work for you, that’s enough.
One Important Note on Results
Our products use professional-grade oxidizer technology. Results depend on correct usage — mixing the concentrate properly, applying to the right surfaces, and allowing adequate dwell and dry time. If your results weren’t what you expected, there’s a good chance we can troubleshoot it. Reach out before concluding the product doesn’t work for your situation. We’d rather help you get results than process a return.
Shipping Costs
We do not charge return shipping — because we don’t require returns. If there was an error on our end (wrong item shipped, damaged in transit), we’ll ship a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
Order Errors and Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or we shipped the wrong item, contact us right away. We’ll ship a replacement within 1–2 business days, no questions asked.
Cancellations
Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible at contact@leveloneservicebrands.com. We’ll do our best to catch it before it ships. If your order has already shipped, our 30-day guarantee applies.
